Why ROSmaster
Everything on time. Everyone in sync.
One clock, every screen
The countdown is server-authoritative and drift-corrected — the booth, the stage, and the green room all read the same tenth of a second.
Yellow / red cues
Set warning thresholds per event. The whole timer surface turns yellow, then red, then counts up in overtime — no squinting at small print.
Auto-flow rundown
Events start when the previous one ends. Stretch a segment and the night re-times itself; pin hard starts and see every gap and overlap.
Change it live
Reorder, retitle, and retime mid-show. Every agenda and timer in the building updates in under a second.
Roles that match the crew
Managers get the controller. Speakers and crew get view-only timer and agenda links — they can join as guests in one tap, no accounts.
A view for every device
Full controller on desktop, a tight run sheet on tablet, and a big glanceable timer on phones — with the screen kept awake.
How it works
Build
Draft the rundown in minutes — names, durations, owners, locations, notes. Times compute themselves.
Share
Send viewer links to speakers and crew, manager links to your co-producers. Screens sync the moment they open.

FAQ
Questions from the booth
Do speakers and crew need accounts?
No. Send them an invite link — they can join as guests in one tap and see the live timer and agenda on their own phone or a side-stage monitor.
How do the yellow and red cues work?
Every event has thresholds — say, yellow at 2:00 remaining and red at 0:30. The timer surface changes color for everyone watching at the same moment, and counts up in red if you run over. Defaults are per show, overridable per event.
What happens when a segment runs long?
ROSmaster rundowns auto-flow: each event starts when the previous one ends, so a duration change ripples through the rest of the night. Events with hard start times stay pinned, and the sheet shows you exactly where the gaps and overlaps are.
How accurate is the sync?
Timer state lives on the server with server-side timestamps, and every screen corrects for its own clock drift. Screens typically agree within a fraction of a second.
What's included in the free plan?
One show with up to 25 events, the full controller, live timer and agenda views, cue lights, and viewer share links. You don't even need an account to try it.
