Terms of Service

The service
ROSmaster provides run-of-show planning and live timing tools. You're responsible for the content you create and share through it, and for keeping invite links limited to people you trust.
Accounts & guest sessions
You can use ROSmaster with an account or as a guest. Guest sessions live in a single browser; if you clear it or sign out, guest shows may become unrecoverable. Create an account to keep your work.
Billing
Pro is a subscription billed through Stripe, monthly or yearly. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period, then your account returns to the free plan (your shows are kept, but free-plan limits apply to creating new ones).
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break authorization boundaries, no automated scraping of other people's shows.
Warranty & liability
ROSmaster is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable during your events, but we can't accept liability for indirect damages arising from service interruptions. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
